The solid-to-solid interface characterization of solid-state batteries is an important point in the optimization and understanding of interfaces and the diagnostics of cell degradation.

Therefore, in SUBLIME, we are focusing on understanding the solid-to-solid interfaces at the electrode | electrolyte and Li metal | electrolyte boundaries. Furthermore, the aging behavior of full cell assemblies, as well as the efficiency of protective layers on Li metal have been investigated.
